Who we are
The Institute for Everyday Living, LLC (“Institute”), 2122 Kratky Road, Suite 104, St. Louis, MO 63114. Contact: lyn@clewsframework.com.
What we collect and why
- Ratings and written accounts you give in an assessment: to generate your proposed profile and, for the Research Edition, for the study.
- Observer answers from people you invite and who agree: to help generate your proposed profile.
- Contact details (name, email, and Observer names and emails you enter): to run your account, send invitations, and send the notices you need.
- Consent records (each box you checked, the exact text, the form version, and the date and time with your time zone): to show what you agreed to.
- Technical data needed to keep the service secure and working (for example, sign-in sessions and security logs). We do not store IP addresses with consent records.
Who receives it
The AI provider (our AI model) processes ratings, written accounts and Observer answers to generate proposed profiles. Names, email addresses and phone numbers are removed before text is sent, and your data is not used to train AI models. Our hosting and email vendors store and deliver data for us. The study team sees only AI results with names and identifying details removed.
Storage and retention
Data is stored with our hosting provider in the United States. Study records are kept for 3 years after the study closes, then deleted. Incomplete attempts are deleted 60 days after they expire. Contact details of Observers who declined or never answered are deleted 30 days after the Observer deadline. Backups follow a 35-day rolling cycle.
Your choices and rights
You can see your consents in your account, withdraw from the study at any time, and ask for access, correction, or deletion by writing to lyn@clewsframework.com or using the contact form. We complete deletion requests within 30 days, including from backups.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls with the least access needed, and audit logs for staff actions.
U.S. only
The Research Edition is open only to people who live in the United States.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking code on assessment, report, or course pages.
