The Five Core Threads

Each core asset is woven through these five critical dimensions that shape your effectiveness as a leader and achiever.

C

Connect

The relationships that advocate for you, guide you, and energize your work.

L

Learn

Your investment in growth — the skills and capabilities you build for what comes next.

E

Empower

The agency to act, decide, and own the unique value you bring.

W

Weave

The fit between who you are and the work you do every day.

S

Sustain

The systems and resilience that keep you effective over the long run.

Why This Matters

High performers can deliver strong results and still feel the cost of a poor fit. Some work holds your attention without effort. Other work drains you even when you do it well. That difference follows a pattern, and the pattern can be measured.

The Snapshot shows where the fit is working for you and where it is working against you.

How it works

Built from what actually happened

  1. Describe real occasions. When and where it happened, what you noticed, what you did, and whether you chose it or were asked.
  2. Add the context. Learning history before each event, plus ratings that help you revisit your accounts. “Cannot recall” and “Prefer not to answer” are always valid.
  3. Invite Observers if you like. People who know you can answer separately, in their own words.
  4. Receive a careful reading. It shows the occasions your accounts describe, what remains uncertain, and questions to explore. If the evidence is thin, it says so.
