The CLEWS Framework™ Alignment Index for Achievers is a course that includes the five-day assessment. Over five days you give 125 responses, 25 per day: 115 ratings and 10 written accounts. You may invite up to five Observers, who answer in writing. After you submit on Day 5, a proposed Core Assets profile is generated automatically from your ratings, your written accounts and any Observer answers.
