What health-type data may be collected

We do not ask for health information. Your written accounts, and Observers’ written answers, may still include health-related details you or they choose to share, for example emotional states described in an answer.

Why we collect it

Only to provide your assessment and profile, and, for the Research Edition, for the study you agreed to take part in.

Who receives it

The AI provider (our AI model) that generates your proposed profile, our hosting and email vendors, and the study team, which sees only AI results with names and identifying details removed.

Your consent

We collect this information only after you check the box: “I consent to the collection of any health-related information I choose to share, to provide my assessment and for the study.” Any sharing beyond what is needed to deliver the service, including research use, is covered by the separate research agreement.

No sale

We do not sell consumer health data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to lyn@clewsframework.com or using the contact form. We honor deletion requests within 30 days, including in backups.
