Research Edition Terms of Use (no charge)

These terms apply to The CLEWS Framework™ Alignment Index for Achievers — Research Edition, offered by The Institute for Everyday Living, LLC (“Institute”).

No charge. The Research Edition is free. No payment information is collected.

Who owns what. The Institute owns the assessment, its questions, and the format and content of the profile it generates. The CLEWS Framework™ is owned by IEL Enterprises, Inc. and used under license. You keep ownership of your own written accounts and allow the Institute to use them to provide your assessment, and for research as described in the research information you agreed to. You may keep, download, and share your own profile for personal use.

Confidential questions. To protect the study, please don’t publish or distribute the questions.

Not professional advice. The profile is a developing, unvalidated interpretation, provided as is.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, the Institute is not liable for indirect damages from using the free Research Edition. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a research participant or any right the law does not allow to be waived.

Law and venue. Missouri law governs. Disputes are heard in St. Louis County, Missouri, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes. We’ll notify you of material changes before they apply to you.
